Build-to-Print Excellence
When clients approach us with existing designs, Freeberg transforms their 3D models, drawings, and/or specifications into finished products while enhancing manufacturability and optimizing costs.
To build the customer design, Freeberg engineering must develop manufacturing planning and routing for the purchasing and production departments. This documentation contains the bills of materials, work center routing, and the drawing specifications to convert raw sheet and structural metal into the final product. This planning is unique to Freeberg’s equipment and processes.

Engineering Sophistication
Freeberg's engineering team represents exceptional technical depth with over 100 years of combined experience across mechanical, electrical, and power systems disciplines. Our team uses SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling with finite element analysis as its primary design tool, but commonly interfaces with other CAD systems. The multidisciplinary expertise of the engineering team enables solutions far beyond typical metal fabrication capabilities.
The Freeberg design process is built around collaboration with the customer. On bigger projects, the company schedules weekly customer design review meetings. This process instills confidence that Freeberg is designing to the specification while maintaining the schedule.
