Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have completed 60 days of service; then begins on the 1st of the following month
Plan Highlights:
- Pre-tax & Roth deferral options
- 100% vested after 2 years of service
- Automatic Enrollment of 3% upon eligibility; unless you waive or elect a different deferral amount
- Auto Acceleration annually up to 6% unless you opt out
- Loans: 1 max – minimum loan $1,000; maximum loan up to 50% of your vested account balance up to $50,000
Employer Match:
- 100% of the first 2% and 50% of 3% through 6%; Max of 4%
- Example: If you elect 6%, you will receive the full match of 4%

Freeberg has great opportunities for entry level to experienced weld/fabricators on both day (6am-2:30pm) and night shift (2:30pm-11pm)
At our Arizona location, the first shift runs from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and we are preparing to launch a second shift.
