Southern California’s Premier Eco-Friendly Facility
Freeberg has the largest facility in the Escondido area and one of the largest facilities of its type in southern California. We work with local and federal regulators to make sure we meet the environmental standards necessary to maintain a green operation that also adhere to the highest safety guidelines.
"Freeberg has more than 128,000 square feet of purpose-built facilities designed specifically to meet the demands of our customers."
Expertise That Set Us Apart
Freeberg’s facility is impressive, but it is the talent of the team of welders, machinists, painters, fab operators that differentiates the company. Freeberg has a highly skilled and experienced work force that is the envy of the industry. Interestingly, a non-competitive metal fabricator from Russia came all the way to Escondido to learn the Freeberg technique for welding and finishing stainless steel parts.
One of the primary goals of our operation is to give our customers critical fabrication services near their location. The cost to ship large, heavy parts is prohibitive and having Freeberg nearby enables our customers to not only collaborate easily with us but also save significantly on transportation costs.
Freeberg is so committed to helping our customers succeed, that we rarely charge for non-recurring engineering (NRE). That is because we consider our engineering services an investment in our long-term relationships, and encourage all customers to visit our facility to better familiarize them with our capabilities and meet our engineers.
